I-Pill 1.5 is a single-dose tablet containing 1.5 mg of Levonorgestrel, a synthetic progestin. It is an emergency contraceptive used to reduce the risk of pregnancy after unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure. It is not a routine contraceptive and does not terminate an existing pregnancy.
Levonorgestrel primarily acts by delaying or inhibiting ovulation when taken before the LH surge. It may also thicken cervical mucus and interfere with sperm transport. Efficacy is highest when taken as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse.
Take one tablet orally as soon as possible within 72 hours (3 days) of unprotected intercourse. If vomiting occurs within 2 hours of taking the dose, consult a healthcare professional about repeat dosing. Not for routine contraception.
Common side effects may include:
I-Pill 1.5 is an over-the-counter emergency contraceptive in many countries but is intended for occasional use only. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for routine contraception and for advice on repeat use.

Many Western jurisdictions permit personal importation of unapproved foreign medications under enforcement-discretion frameworks — the US FDA typically interprets this as a 90-day supply, with similar windows in Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. We do not provide legal advice. See our Import Legality policy for country-specific guidance, and confirm your own jurisdiction's rules before ordering.
Direct from licensed Indian suppliers via India Post International (registered/tracked) or DHL Express, depending on destination. Transit typically runs 2–3 weeks to most Western destinations. A tracking number is issued once the parcel is dispatched and the carrier has scanned it.
Card processors decline most international generic-pharmacy charges, so we route payment through NOWPayments (LTC, BTC, USDT-TRC20, XMR). Crypto sidesteps the processor block and gives you transactional privacy — your bank statement won't list the order. We do not store payment information.
We don't ask for one. The supplying Indian pharmacy operates under Indian regulation and dispenses on its own authority. You are responsible for confirming the medication is legal for personal import in your country and for using it safely. We don't provide medical advice — we are routers, not pharmacists.
