Ordering

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account is optional and lets you track past orders and save multiple shipping addresses.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Not directly — once confirmed, orders enter our fulfillment queue. Contact us immediately via the inquiry form if you need to change a shipping address or quantity. We can usually make changes only before the order has shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided during checkout. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes. Logged-in customers can also view their order history in the account dashboard.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Monero), bank transfer, and money order. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Why not credit or debit cards?

Card networks impose restrictions on international pharmaceutical transactions that would require us to share substantial customer data with processors. Our privacy-first approach is incompatible with those requirements. Alternative payment methods let us offer a cleaner service.

Is cryptocurrency payment anonymous?

Cryptocurrency transactions are pseudonymous — not fully anonymous — by default. Bitcoin and USDT on most networks are pseudonymous and publicly auditable. Monero provides stronger privacy. Your identity is never linked to the transaction from our side.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Cryptocurrency payments are typically confirmed within 30–60 minutes for Bitcoin, 5–15 minutes for USDT, and about 20 minutes for Monero. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days depending on the country. Money orders take 5–10 days to clear.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, with the exceptions listed during checkout. Customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations of their own country.

How long does delivery take?

Typical transit times: United States 2–3 weeks; Canada, UK, EU, Australia 2–3 weeks; other countries 3–5 weeks. Customs processing may add time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited options appear at checkout where available. International pharmaceutical shipping has inherent timing constraints that even paid expedited options cannot fully overcome.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A tracking number is emailed once your package has been dispatched. You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard.

What if my package is delayed in customs?

Most parcels clear customs without issue. If your parcel is delayed, check the tracking page for updates and allow additional time. If it is confirmed lost or seized, contact us for resolution under our refund policy.

Are your products safe?

What is the difference between brand-name and generic?

A generic medicine contains the same active ingredient as its brand-name counterpart, in the same dosage and route of administration. Bioequivalence is established through regulated clinical comparison. The chemical action in the body is the same; what differs is the branding, packaging, and price.

Will the tablets look exactly like the brand-name version?

Not necessarily. Generic manufacturers use different inactive fillers, colors, imprints, and packaging. The active ingredient and its effect are the same.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a medicine I have received?

What if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us immediately with a photograph of what you received. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund.
