We want you to feel protected when you place an order with us. This policy sets out exactly when you may cancel, when refunds are issued, and the circumstances in which we offer replacements. It is written plainly so you can understand it without a lawyer.
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. To cancel, either:
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation confirmation. Cryptocurrency payments may be refunded as store credit if the original wallet is unavailable.
Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be recalled. A tracking number will be issued and the package will proceed through international carriers. If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, contact us and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
For reasons of public health and regulatory compliance, we do not accept returns of medicines that have been shipped, even if the package remains sealed. Once a pharmaceutical product leaves a controlled supply chain, it cannot re-enter it. This is a universal practice across legitimate pharmacy operations.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired product, do not return it. Instead, contact us immediately with photographs, and we will investigate and resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
We issue refunds or replacement shipments in the following situations:
In rare cases, customs authorities in the destination country may seize, delay, or destroy parcels containing pharmaceutical products. This is beyond our control. Where a parcel is confirmed to have been seized or destroyed, we will offer a one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost, or a partial refund of the product value.
Customers are responsible for understanding the import regulations of their own country before placing an order. We do not guarantee delivery where local laws prohibit importation.
All products in our catalog are generic medicines. In rare cases, the exact brand you ordered may become temporarily unavailable from our supplier after your order is placed.
When this happens, we may ship an alternative generic containing the same active ingredient, dosage, and form from a different licensed Indian manufacturer that meets the same WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, or USFDA inspection standards. The therapeutic effect is clinically equivalent.
If the substitution differs in manufacturer, brand name, or packaging from what appears on our product page, we will notify you by email before shipping so you can:
Whenever you accept a substitution, we add bonus units of the substitute medicine — typically an extra 10–20% on top of the original quantity, or a complementary item from the same category — so you net more, not less, for the inconvenience. This is automatic; you do not need to ask.
We will never substitute across different active ingredients, different dosages, or different forms (e.g., tablet to capsule) without your explicit approval.
