— Medical Responsibility —

Prescription Policy

Many of the medicines we sell are classified as prescription-only in most jurisdictions. Responsible use of these medicines requires an accurate diagnosis, correct dosing, and awareness of potential interactions. This page explains our position on prescriptions and what we expect of our customers.

Our Position

LiberaCure is not a pharmacy, a dispensary, or a telemedicine service. We are a supplier of internationally manufactured medicines, sold on the basis that the customer has either obtained the appropriate medical guidance before purchase, or is acting on documented prior experience with the same medicine.

We do not provide medical consultations. We do not write prescriptions. We do not diagnose conditions. We do not tell you which medicine is right for your health situation.

What We Recommend

Before purchasing any prescription medication from us — or anywhere else — we strongly recommend that you:

  • Consult a licensed healthcare professional who can review your full medical history
  • Obtain an accurate diagnosis for the condition you intend to treat
  • Verify that the medicine is appropriate for your specific case
  • Understand correct dosage and duration for your age, weight, and condition
  • Review potential interactions with any other medicines, supplements, or alcohol you consume
  • Know the warning signs of adverse reactions and when to seek emergency care

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order with LiberaCure, you confirm that you have considered these responsibilities and have either obtained or chosen not to obtain professional medical advice in your own jurisdiction. You accept that LiberaCure is a supplier, not a healthcare provider, and that clinical decisions about your treatment remain yours and your doctor's to make.

Prescription Upload (Optional)

Customers who wish to submit a copy of their valid prescription alongside their order may do so through the optional upload field at checkout or by emailing customer support after placing the order. Uploaded prescriptions are used solely to verify the intended dose and are not shared with third parties. Prescription upload is never required to complete an order.

Regulatory Context

Different countries regulate the personal importation of medicines differently. In the United States, the FDA exercises enforcement discretion for personal-use importation of up to a 90-day supply. In the United Kingdom and European Union, personal importation is generally permitted under applicable healthcare products regulations. Canada and Australia similarly recognize personal-use importation within reasonable quantities.

Customers are responsible for understanding the rules that apply in their own country. See our Disclaimer for a more detailed discussion of personal importation frameworks.
