We ask for only the information necessary to process and deliver your order. That is:

• Email address — for order confirmation and customer support
• Shipping name and address — required by the carrier
• Phone number — required by customs in many jurisdictions
• Payment details — processed through encrypted gateways; we do not store card numbers

We do not request your date of birth, government identification, or medical history. We do not ask why you want a particular medicine.

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no LiberaCure logo on the outside of the parcel. The return address is a neutral business name. The contents description on customs forms follows legal requirements but is kept as generic as the destination country permits.

To a delivery person or a household member, the parcel looks indistinguishable from any routine package.

We accept several payment methods, each with its own security properties:

• Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Monero) — private by default, no bank record required
• Bank transfer — recorded transaction but no card number exposure
• Money order — paper-based, no electronic linkage to your identity

We do not accept credit or debit cards directly. We do not store payment details of any kind on our servers after the transaction has settled.
