Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Product descriptions, mechanism-of-action explanations, dosage information, side-effect summaries, and any other content on LiberaCure are provided for educational and reference purposes only. They are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare professional who can review your individual medical history.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. Do not rely on information from our website to self-diagnose or self-treat any medical condition.

Personal Use Only

All products supplied by LiberaCure are for personal use only. We do not supply medications for resale, redistribution, commercial use, or clinical research. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are intended for your own personal consumption or for a member of your immediate household.

Personal Importation Rights

Many countries recognize the right of individuals to import medications for personal use. This right is generally based on the principle that patients should have access to affordable medications necessary for their health, even when such products are not marketed locally or are prohibitively expensive in their home country.

In the United States, the FDA exercises enforcement discretion under its personal importation policy, generally permitting individuals to import up to a 90-day supply of medication for personal use, provided the drug is not considered to pose an unreasonable safety risk, the individual affirms in writing that the product is for personal use, and the drug is not commercially available domestically or is being used for a serious condition for which there is no effective domestic treatment.

In the United Kingdom, individuals may import medicines for personal use under the provisions of the Medicines Act 1968 and related guidance from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). The European Union similarly allows member states to permit personal importation of medications within reasonable quantities for individual therapeutic use.

In Canada, Health Canada's personal importation policy permits individuals to import up to a 90-day supply of a prescription drug for personal use, subject to certain conditions. Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) allows personal importation of up to a 3-month supply of most medications through the Personal Importation Scheme.

Customer Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the importation laws and regulations of your country, state, or jurisdiction. LiberaCure provides products for personal use only and does not guarantee that any specific product may be legally imported into your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable import regulations and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with local laws.

If customs in your country prohibits the importation of a particular medication, your parcel may be seized, delayed, or destroyed. We will handle such cases according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, but we cannot be held liable for laws or enforcement decisions outside our control.

No Guarantee of Therapeutic Outcome

Individual responses to medication vary. Factors including age, weight, metabolism, existing medical conditions, other medications, diet, and lifestyle all influence how a person responds to any given drug. We cannot and do not guarantee that any product purchased from LiberaCure will produce a specific therapeutic result for any specific person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiberaCure, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use our website or any product purchased through it
  • Seizure, delay, or destruction of a parcel by customs or other authorities
  • Medical outcomes, side effects, or adverse reactions arising from the use of any medication
  • Any reliance placed on information published on our website

In all cases our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the specific product at issue.
