PE and ED show up together in 30-40% of men over 30 (ISSM 2020 estimates). The pharmacology that should solve both at once — tadalafil's 17.5-hour half-life paired with dapoxetine's 1-hour Tmax and 24-hour clearance — produces an obvious combo: take one tablet on Saturday morning, eat a normal lunch, and the ejaculatory-delay window plus the erectile-readiness window cover everything from 5 PM dinner through Sunday morning.
That tablet is not made by Cipla. Or Sun Pharma. Or Dr. Reddy's.
Every fixed-dose tadalafil + dapoxetine combo on the global personal-import market is made by an Indian ED-export specialist — Sunrise Remedies, Healing Pharma, Centurion Laboratories. Cipla makes a sildenafil+dapoxetine combo (Suhagra Force, see our Cipla combo piece). They have never made a tada+dapox version. Same for Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy's, Lupin. Zero global-giant SKUs in this category.

This article is about why that gap exists and how to choose between the three brands that actually fill it.
The pharmacology argument for tada over sild in the combo
Sildenafil + dapoxetine combos work on the same Saturday night. They don't work on the Sunday morning encore.
Sildenafil's half-life is 4-5 hours. A sild+dapox combo taken at 8 PM is effectively done by 1 AM on both axes. Tadalafil's half-life is 17.5 hours, with measurable PDE5 inhibition through ~36 hours — the original "weekend pill" framing Eli Lilly used to position Cialis against Pfizer's Viagra in 2003. Pair tadalafil with dapoxetine and you get one tablet that covers the entire window the dapoxetine half of it can cover anyway, plus erectile readiness past the next morning.
The combo isn't a marketing exercise. It's a half-life match. Tada+dapox is what you take if Saturday is real and Sunday is possible.

Why every global pharma giant skips this category
Cipla makes Suhagra Force (sild+dapox). Sun Pharma is the largest Indian pharmaceutical exporter on Earth. Dr. Reddy's runs USFDA-inspected ANDAs across more than 200 molecules. Between them, they manufacture and export tadalafil under at least five brand names (Tadacip, Tadaflo, Modula, Forzest, Tazzle) — the entire spread of the global-pharma tadalafil shelf.
None of them make a tadalafil + dapoxetine combo. The reason is dapoxetine, not tadalafil.
Dapoxetine submitted its first NDA to the FDA in 2004. It was the first SSRI ever specifically engineered for on-demand premature ejaculation use — short half-life, fast Tmax, the entire molecular brief built around a 60-90 minute pre-coital window rather than chronic depression dosing. The FDA rejected it. Twenty-two years later, dapoxetine is approved in over 50 countries, including most of the EU, plus India, Mexico, South Korea, and Japan, but it remains unapproved in the United States. A global pharma giant building a combo SKU for a molecule that's blocked from the world's largest pharmaceutical market has limited upside. Cipla took the swing on sild+dapox once and stopped. The tada+dapox combo space is left to Indian companies whose entire commercial identity is the personal-import export category that doesn't depend on FDA approval to ship — companies that built their book on serving exactly this gap.
That's the institutional context for the three brands below. They aren't lower-quality alternatives to a global-giant version that exists. They're the only version, because the global giants chose not to play.
The three SKUs we route: Super Tadarise, Super Tastylia, Super Vidalista
All three are 20 mg tadalafil + 60 mg dapoxetine, fixed-dose, single tablet, on-demand dosing. The molecules are identical, manufactured to Indian Pharmacopoeia specification, and the bioequivalence data — to the extent any of these companies publish it — is consistent across them.
The differences are pack format, packaging quality, and which specific manufacturer's identity sits behind the SKU.

(Tadapox is a common reference name for the same 20/60 combo class — older listings on third-party indexes. The actual SKU we route under that role is Super Tadarise, made by the same Sunrise factory. Tadajuv-D is occasionally cited as a Healing combo name; the in-stock equivalent is Super Tastylia.)
Per-pill at LiberaCure runs $1.40-2.00 across all three at the 30-pack level, dropping to roughly $1.20-1.60 at 90-pack. The retail telehealth equivalent in countries where dapoxetine is approved (UK Priligy ≈ £9.33/30mg tablet ≈ $11-15/pill, plus UK private branded Cialis £15-30/tablet) runs roughly $25-45 per dose pair. Hims's "Sex Rx + Climax Control" bundle in the US is a different molecule entirely — tadalafil 5mg daily + sertraline 50mg daily, the long-half-life chronic SSRI repurposed for PE, at around $39/month — because Hims operates inside the US regulatory lane and can't write dapoxetine.
The three combos are clinically equivalent. We carry Super Tadarise as our primary 20/60 tada+dapox SKU because it's the version Sunrise prices most aggressively and ships most consistently through licensed personal-import pharmacies. Super Tastylia and Super Vidalista are routable on request — there is no clinical preference order between them. Sunrise vs Healing vs Centurion — what the names actually mean
Sunrise Remedies (Gandhinagar, founded 1996) runs the deepest dose lineup in the tadalafil-export category — the broader Tadarise umbrella covers 5/10/20/40/60mg standalone plus Super Tadarise (20/60 combo) and Extra Super Tadarise (40/60). Healing Pharma (Mumbai, founded 2018) is smaller and newer; Super Tastylia is its combo entry alongside the Tastylia sublingual tadalafil line and some niche jelly formats. Centurion Laboratories (Vadodara, founded 2006) is the volume leader for ED-specific exports — its Vidalista umbrella mirrors the Sunrise dose range, and Super Vidalista plus Extra Super Vidalista cover the combo tier. All three companies operate Indian-Pharmacopoeia-spec factories licensed to export by India's CDSCO.
None has Cipla's institutional weight. Cipla won the 2001 patent fight that dropped HIV antiretroviral prices from $12,000 to $350 and runs USFDA-inspected facilities supplying most of LMIC HIV/TB drugs. Sunrise, Healing, and Centurion don't operate at that altitude. They are exactly what they look like: ED-export specialists serving a category the global giants opted out of, at the dose lineup and pricing the global giants don't bother to compete in.
The trade-off here is unavoidable. You can have the half-life advantage of tadalafil in your combo, or you can have a global-giant name on your blister pack. You can't have both.
Combo vs two-pill stack
Per dose, generic tadalafil 20mg routes for $0.50-1.00 and generic dapoxetine 60mg for $0.80-1.50 — stacked, $1.30-2.50 per night. The combo runs $1.40-2.50. Economically a wash.
The argument for the combo isn't price. It's that your brain at 11 PM, after a third drink, does not remember which of two pills to take and when. One tablet is a meal. Two pills timed apart is a recipe — and recipes work in test kitchens, not bedrooms.
The argument for the stack is independent dose control. If you're fine on tadalafil 5mg daily but want PE coverage only on weekends, daily 5mg + dapoxetine 60mg PRN is more flexible than a 20/60 combo. The combo locks you into 20mg PRN dosing. Combos are right for the man whose ED and PE both show up in the same evenings, who isn't on daily tadalafil, and who wants one tablet to cover Saturday into Sunday. They are wrong for the daily-tadalafil user who only needs occasional PE coverage.
Protocol
You're 32. ED started softening occasionally six months ago. You finish faster than you'd like at the same time. Both partners noticed. You're not on any daily medication.

Step 3 — Take 1-3 hours before anticipated sex, with water, not on a full meal. Maximum once per 24 hours. Avoid alcohol and grapefruit. Skip if you're on nitrates or alpha-blockers.
Critical — daily SSRI users: If you're already on a daily SSRI (sertraline, fluoxetine, paroxetine, escitalopram, citalopram, etc.), do not take dapoxetine — combined SSRI exposure raises serotonin-syndrome risk. Use the tadalafil-only route instead, or talk to your prescriber before stopping the SSRI. Same applies to MAOIs, tramadol, and St. John's Wort.
Step 4 — Reassess after 4-6 attempts. If the dapoxetine axis is undertreated, split back to a stack — daily SSRI plus tadalafil PRN — for independent dose control. If the tadalafil axis is the problem, escalate to the 40/60 combo (Extra Super Tadarise or Extra Super Vidalista) or move to daily tadalafil 5mg with separate dapoxetine PRN. The combo is rarely the end-state for someone who's been at this for years. It's almost always the right first state.
