A note on stock: if your exact brand is temporarily unavailable, we may ship an equivalent generic — same active ingredient, dosage, and form, from another WHO-GMP licensed manufacturer. When this happens we add bonus units or a complementary item so you net more, not less. We email before shipping if anything changes. Full substitution rules →
Tugain 5% 60 ml is a tablet containing 60 ml of Minoxidil, a Topical potassium channel opener / vasodilator. It is a generic equivalent of Rogaine and is used in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss).
Minoxidil opens potassium channels and increases blood flow to hair follicles, prolonging the anagen (growth) phase. It also enlarges miniaturized follicles over time.
Apply 1 mL to dry scalp twice daily (morning and night). Massage gently, wash hands after, and do not rinse for at least 4 hours. Continuous use is required to maintain results.

Quick answers for the things people most often ask before ordering.
Tugain 5% contains 5% topical minoxidil — the same active ingredient and concentration as Johnson & Johnson's Rogaine 5%. Manufactured by Cipla in India, one of the world's largest generic manufacturers, under WHO-GMP standards. Pharmacological behavior, vehicle, and clinical effect are bioequivalent.
1 ml twice daily directly to the dry scalp on the area of thinning. Massage in gently and let it air-dry — do not wash off for at least 4 hours. Wash hands after application. Consistency matters more than amount: missed days erase weeks of progress. Initial shedding (weeks 2–8) is common and typically a sign the medication is working — do not stop.
Hair-loss arrest typically within 3–4 months. Visible regrowth (where it happens) at 6–12 months. If you stop using minoxidil, the protective effect fades within ~3–6 months and shedding resumes its prior trajectory. Long-term continuous use is the design — Rogaine's clinical trials assumed indefinite use.
Topical works for many users with minimal systemic effects. Oral minoxidil (off-label, low dose 1.25–5mg) has gained traction for users who don't respond to topical or want a simpler routine. Oral has different side-effect profile (peripheral hypotension, fluid retention, hypertrichosis) and typically requires medical supervision. We carry both — you decide with your doctor.
Topical minoxidil is OTC in the US and not a controlled substance. Personal importation falls under FDA enforcement discretion (~90-day supply). See our Import Legality policy.
Direct from Cipla's authorized export pharmacy via India Post International or DHL Express. Transit 2–3 weeks to most Western destinations. Tracking issued upon dispatch.
Card processors decline international generic-pharmacy charges. NOWPayments crypto checkout (LTC, BTC, USDT-TRC20, XMR) sidesteps that and gives you privacy — bank statement stays generic.
