A note on stock: if your exact brand is temporarily unavailable, we may ship an equivalent generic — same active ingredient, dosage, and form, from another WHO-GMP licensed manufacturer. When this happens we add bonus units or a complementary item so you net more, not less. We email before shipping if anything changes. Full substitution rules →
Trajenta 5 is a film-coated tablet containing 5 mg of Linagliptin, a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor. It is the originator brand from Boehringer Ingelheim (co-marketed with Eli Lilly) and is used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Linagliptin selectively and reversibly inhibits DPP-4, prolonging the action of incretin hormones GLP-1 and GIP. This increases glucose-dependent insulin secretion and suppresses glucagon, lowering blood glucose. Unlike other DPP-4 inhibitors, linagliptin is excreted primarily via the bile/gut and does not require dose adjustment in renal impairment.
Take 5 mg once daily with or without food. Swallow whole. No dose adjustment needed for renal or hepatic impairment.

Quick answers for the things people most often ask before ordering.

Many Western jurisdictions permit personal importation of unapproved foreign medications under enforcement-discretion frameworks — the US FDA typically interprets this as a 90-day supply, with similar windows in Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. We do not provide legal advice. See our Import Legality policy for country-specific guidance, and confirm your own jurisdiction's rules before ordering.
Direct from licensed Indian suppliers via India Post International (registered/tracked) or DHL Express, depending on destination. Transit typically runs 2–3 weeks to most Western destinations. A tracking number is issued once the parcel is dispatched and the carrier has scanned it.
Card processors decline most international generic-pharmacy charges, so we route payment through NOWPayments (LTC, BTC, USDT-TRC20, XMR). Crypto sidesteps the processor block and gives you transactional privacy — your bank statement won't list the order. We do not store payment information.
We don't ask for one. The supplying Indian pharmacy operates under Indian regulation and dispenses on its own authority. You are responsible for confirming the medication is legal for personal import in your country and for using it safely. We don't provide medical advice — we are routers, not pharmacists.
