A note on stock: if your exact brand is temporarily unavailable, we may ship an equivalent generic — same active ingredient, dosage, and form, from another WHO-GMP licensed manufacturer. When this happens we add bonus units or a complementary item so you net more, not less. We email before shipping if anything changes. Full substitution rules →
Concor 5 Mg is a 5 mg tablet containing Bisoprolol Fumarate, a highly β1-selective (cardioselective) beta blocker. Concor is the original branded formulation developed and marketed by Merck, and is used in the treatment of hypertension, chronic stable angina, and chronic heart failure.
Bisoprolol is one of the most β1-selective beta blockers, reducing heart rate, cardiac contractility, and renin release with minimal effect on β2 receptors in the lungs and peripheral vasculature. This cardioselectivity makes it preferred in patients with mild respiratory conditions.
Take once daily, typically in the morning, with or without food. In heart failure, titrate slowly from 1.25 mg upward every 1–2 weeks as tolerated. Do not stop abruptly.

Many Western jurisdictions permit personal importation of unapproved foreign medications under enforcement-discretion frameworks — the US FDA typically interprets this as a 90-day supply, with similar windows in Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. We do not provide legal advice. See our Import Legality policy for country-specific guidance, and confirm your own jurisdiction's rules before ordering.
Direct from licensed Indian suppliers via India Post International (registered/tracked) or DHL Express, depending on destination. Transit typically runs 2–3 weeks to most Western destinations. A tracking number is issued once the parcel is dispatched and the carrier has scanned it.
Card processors decline most international generic-pharmacy charges, so we route payment through NOWPayments (LTC, BTC, USDT-TRC20, XMR). Crypto sidesteps the processor block and gives you transactional privacy — your bank statement won't list the order. We do not store payment information.
We don't ask for one. The supplying Indian pharmacy operates under Indian regulation and dispenses on its own authority. You are responsible for confirming the medication is legal for personal import in your country and for using it safely. We don't provide medical advice — we are routers, not pharmacists.
