Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150

A note on stock: if your exact brand is temporarily unavailable, we may ship an equivalent generic — same active ingredient, dosage, and form, from another WHO-GMP licensed manufacturer. When this happens we add bonus units or a complementary item so you net more, not less. We email before shipping if anything changes. Full substitution rules →
Aklief Cream is a topical cream containing Trifarotene 0.005% (45 g pump bottle), a fourth-generation topical retinoid. It is the original branded product from Galderma and is used in the treatment of acne vulgaris on the face and trunk.
Trifarotene is a selective retinoic acid receptor gamma (RAR-γ) agonist. RAR-γ is the most common retinoic acid receptor in the skin. By selectively targeting it, trifarotene normalizes follicular keratinization, reduces comedones, and exerts anti-inflammatory effects with good tolerability across facial and truncal acne.
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry affected areas of the face and/or trunk once daily in the evening. Avoid eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Always use sunscreen during the day.

Quick answers for the things people most often ask before ordering.
Aklief Generic - Aklief Cream (Trifarotene) contains the same active ingredient (Trifarotene) as Aklief. It is manufactured in India by Galderma under WHO-GMP standards, which means the molecule and pharmacological behavior are bioequivalent to the brand-name version. The price difference reflects manufacturing scale and the absence of patent rent and direct-to-consumer marketing — not lower quality.
Many Western jurisdictions permit personal importation of unapproved foreign medications under enforcement-discretion frameworks — the US FDA typically interprets this as a 90-day supply, with similar windows in Canada, the UK, the EU, and Australia. We do not provide legal advice. See our Import Legality policy for country-specific guidance, and confirm your own jurisdiction's rules before ordering.
Direct from licensed Indian suppliers via India Post International (registered/tracked) or DHL Express, depending on destination. Transit typically runs 2–3 weeks to most Western destinations. A tracking number is issued once the parcel is dispatched and the carrier has scanned it.
Card processors decline most international generic-pharmacy charges, so we route payment through NOWPayments (LTC, BTC, USDT-TRC20, XMR). Crypto sidesteps the processor block and gives you transactional privacy — your bank statement won't list the order. We do not store payment information.
We don't ask for one. The supplying Indian pharmacy operates under Indian regulation and dispenses on its own authority. You are responsible for confirming the medication is legal for personal import in your country and for using it safely. We don't provide medical advice — we are routers, not pharmacists.
